The Cleveland Browns had the dumbest draft to me. Drafting a RB that early was stupid, and getting bamboozled by the Vikings to do it was even more pathetic.

Than drafting Weeden in the first round made no sense. Is he really going to be better than Colt would be this year or next year? Possibly, but by how much if at all?? By that time he'll be almost 31 years old. They should have rolled with Colt for one more season and tried to get him some weapons, because they haven't done anything to help Colt be successful there. The sooner he can get out of that franchise the better for him. Weeden will most likely deal with the same struggles as well since they don't have any true play makers at WR.

I dont think the Weeden pick is bad. Weeden is a bit of a gunslinger, and will attack downfield. I think it's pretty clear McCoy's physical shortcomings limits him to being backup caliber player. He just doesn't have the arm/vision/desire to challenge defenses with any sort of vertical game.

Well, to be fair, my comparison of McCoy and Brees is slowly formulating... all McCoy needs now is to light a fire under his butt and improve his game... which does seem unlikely...

Jenkins is a free agent after the season and recovering from surgery as well as other injuries. I think getting a player that was considered the best defensive player in the draft for nothing is a steal. The Cowboys secondary has been the weak link on the team for years and the finally decided to address it.

I would agree with that, if I had considered Claiborne as good as everybody seems to think he is. Overall, it's a smart move by Dallas, I personally just feel that he won't live up to his status.

To me, Cox was the best defensive player in the draft.
