I didn't expect yesterdays game against the Ravens to serve as a great measuring stick for either of these guys so this doesn't suprise me. The battle will likely be won or lost this week against the Giants. Their secondary isn't bad but its not super impressive either and should provide each QB with both a challenge as well as an ample opportunity to make some plays if they can keep their cool under a stout pass rush.
Philly the following week could be similar depending on how seriously the Eagles take the game. If they push their starters to build some cohesiveness it could be a rough day for the Jets QB's. If they rest some guys though and continue to call a vanilla scheme the Jets QB's could have a bit of an opportunity there to make some plays.
I would think however that the Jets' coaches would prefer to have picked a guy prior to that last game so I look to this weeks game to be the deciding factor.
