    Fulmer waiting for right opportunity

Even though he has no team to coach, former Tennessee head man Phillip Fulmer still is trying to just "make a first down."

Bob Davie, Jim Donnan and Tommy Tuberville are the only coaches on that list I would even consider if I was an AD.

    Really?

I'd probably only consider Tuberville. Maybe Fulmer if it was a smaller school.

Absolutely. Donnan did some good things at Georgia. He was an very good coach at Marshall and then at Georgia (where he got the shaft). I mean if Vince Dooley wants to keep you, you must be doing something right.

Davie was just in a bad situation at ND. He's a good defensive mind and seems like a good guy from what I have seen on TV. If I was the AD of a smaller school with less pressure to win, I would strongly consider him.
