    Break Out Year

Alright who is going to have the Break Out Year for the Seahawks.

I am taking Brandon Mebane. He is moving to the 3 spot. He will be allowed to rush the passer 1st. He had 5.5 sacks as nothing but a NT. 10 sacks would not amaze me from him.

That is out there. I wouldn't put my money on him staying healthy.

I wouldn't either, but if he CAN stay healthy, he can make a difference.

If he can stay healthy your right he would be a difference maker. He wouldn't have the coverage roll his way with TJ Housh & Carlson. He could be up for a big year IF he says healthy. Also if Seattle doesn't draft Crabtree who Seattle is still linked to.

How bout Mike Hass . Carlson is the easy pick here but I chose Wilson just because I think the defense could make a big improvement

Not bad. I do think Josh Wilson playing more in a zone defense this year could excel off of it. He is small but he is physical and is a play maker.

Mike Hass i do hope he can catch on some place. He has good hands i dont see how the Bears let him go.
