Spencer Larsen may be the only Bronco who plays both ways. But the team's most versatile player has to be Eddie Royal.

With 659 yards receiving, 22 yards rushing, 140 yards in punt returns and 406 kickoff return yards, Royal ranks fifth in the NFL with 1,227 all-purpose yards.

And Royal might be the leader except he didn't start returning kicks — where he is averaging a league-best 31.2 yards — until three games ago. The four players ahead of him in all-purpose yards — the Jets' Leon Washington (1,475), the Falcons' Jerious Norwood (1,371), the Chargers' Darren Sproles (1,359) and the Cardinals' Steve Breaston (1,334) — have been returning kicks since the season opener.

Yeah, he's been a real bonus on returns this year. Denver's returns have really sucked in recent years. I just hope he stays healthy!
