Marshall is just responding to this because Porter called him out and he knows its true. Its the whole, "well, well, uh, You smell bad!" I am pretty sure this was the tactic back in kindergarten.

Trash talking is one thing, but when you are just calling someone names because they hurt your feelings by speaking the truth, thats another.
