What went wrong......
Yeah, I know the Chiefs are always tough to play at Arrowhead, but what did the Broncos do wrong today? Their offense didn't put up nearly enough points and their defense just fell apart (I'm not complaining, because I have Larry Johnson on my fantasy squad) but I expected a win from Denver, or a close loss at the very least.

I think they bought into the hype and got big heads. Cutler tried to force the ball to MArshall all day and it backfired. The D is horrendous, but they did have to deal with the O turning the ball over 4 times. Awful hard to win when you do that.

I think the turnovers really killed us. We lost all momentum with those, and they led to a lot of Chief's points. Honestly we're fortunate the score wasn't higher in KC's favor, they had 3 chances for td's early that only went to FG's (one missed).

here's what happened ............ the broncos continued to play poorly on defense and in the running game and then Cutler had a bad day ................ at this point, if Cutler isn't playing like Elway, this team won't win.
They are going to have to get the defense going because Cutler isn't going to be perfect every game. |

I'm never surprised to lose in Arrowhead. Our defense is very bad, our run game isn't reliable, and we have young players at nearly every key position. We can beat anyone; we can lose to anyone.
All that analysis and I didn't even see the game

well, the broncos defense has been pushed around every week. They may be the smallest defensive unit in the league. they are getting very little pass rush and if the broncos season goes up in flames at some point, I think we may end up pointing to the small size of the defense as the cause.
