The final is set, the participants are YoHo, jjflr and dbuilder.

Would you three please check in and let me know you're here. I will be setting up the topic on Monday morning and give you 7 days for the debate.

I am "here." I am unsure as to the frequency... Comcast had some issues with my new place; didn't get it worked out saturday; they're coming back tuesday... but I can use the nearby library some... so consider me checked in

Alright guys, good to hear from all of you.

I will wait and post the topic on Tuesday morning, hopefully yoho will have all of his issues worked out then. Well, not "all" of his issues, of course, but you know what I mean

I will post the topic around 8:00 am Eastern on Tuesday and give you 36 hours to make your opening statement. If someone did not get a statement in before the 36 hours, you can still jump in at anytime. If all three of you get a statement in before the 36 hours, the debate can start imeediately.

I will have three judges (myself being one) who will each count for 10% of the final tally. There will also be a public poll, which accounts for the other 70%. The judges will vote by secret ballot (per PM or AIM) and can make their decision known publicly after the polls have closed and we have declared the winner.

If there are any questions, ask them here.
