First game I got to see in a while.
-Shaun Rogers, another great performance from Big 92 tonight. He's a force in the middle. -Wright and BMac on the corners, they made plays when they needed to. It seemed the nickel/dime backs got burned for a lot of the plays, but overall...better performance out of these two. Each had a pick, I'm lovin' it there! -Gotta give props to Anderson. First quarter, I predicted his benching, second through fourth, gotta give DA props, he made me eat pretty tasty crow there. -Jamal was on, as was the entire offensive line. Welcome back Eric Steinbach and Mr. Tucker, we missed you both. -Alex Hall with yet another sack! Now c'mon Mel T, get a certain 95 moving around a bit more instead of playing exclusively at what essentially boils down to an undersized 4-3 RDE slot 95% of the time. -Finally, Mr. Edwards...you found your hands on Monday Night, not to mention, great plays tonight. Gotta love it. Also, not pictured here, but very integral tonight...Steve Heiden. Everyone seems to forget we had a very solid tight end during the years Winslow was hurt, classy guy, solid player. Gameballs Derek Freakin' Anderson Braylon Freakin' Edwards Steve Heiden The Entire Offensive Line...see a note later... Alex Hall Shaun Rogers Eric Wright/Brandon McDonald/Brodney Pool Goats The offensive line...for false starts, illegal formations...everything. Run'em every day in practice PUH-LEASE!!! -RD

I loved that they ran two plays I've been screaming about for years. And now it looks like we're copycatting the Dolphins, but the direct snaps to Cribbs need to happen, because it keeps the defense honest. And the reverse to Jerome is the kind of play he needs. He and Cribbs have big play potential that are best used with creative plays.
