Problem of course being they have no first round pick...but it's a nice rumor.

there is no way anyone gives up a 1st rounder for him... i'd be shocked to see a 2nd rounder but i think Carolina makes a lot of sense.

If Thompson gets a first rounder out of him, he's exec of the year, even if his team goes 5-11...ok, maybe not that ludicrous, but it'd be a feat...
