Crowell done for season

So how bad was the knee injury that wasn’t disclosed on Wednesday’s practice report but required Bills linebacker Angelo Crowell to undergo arthroscopic surgery on Thursday?

Pretty damn bad.

The team has announced that Crowell has been placed on injured reserve, ending his 2008 season days before it was set to begin.

this is horrible news, he was absoulutely crucial to this defense.

the right solution is to move Poz to the outside and play DiGiorgio inside, they can still have a decent core... the depth is just suddenly gone.

Dude Depth was an illusion on our defense, But is it just me or does Crowell miss alot of games.

but i have to agree with him on this, not the our def part cause im an actual bills fan, but the part where crowell misses alot of games. hes a bit injury prone, and has missed alot of time w/ knee injuries.


shoey, i agree moving poz over and having digi play the middle would be best, but i dont think theyre going to have much of a downgrade, ellisons not totally garbage, and hes not so bad against the run (god i hope he doesnt **** up sunday now). hes a little weak against the pass, but i think the rush will be much better now w/ stroud than it was last yr w/o ms and w/ crow.
