Agreement In Principle With DA, Lynch Attorney

Clark says the agreement in based on the fact that Lynch was behind the wheel of his SUV on that Saturday night last month, though he stopped short of saying the Lynch was driving.

Lynch is expected back in town next week to answer to the charges. Clark says Lynch will not plead in absentia in the case, saying that he'll be in court, and make a statement as a part of the resolution. Clark says this resolution is in Lynch's best interest, and the best interest of the people.

That's surprising. Erie County is usually pretty hard on everyone for stuff related to this, even with people that are loaded.

It's sad to see him get away with it, but hopefully Lynch learns from this experience and keeps out of trouble or away from people that cause trouble. He was exciting to watch play and he could turn out to be a big name in Buffalo history.
