Although organized team activities in the NFL are voluntary, it always raises eyebrows when a player doesn’t show up. And when a Pro Bowl player doesn’t show up, is usually causes quite a stir.

So it’s a little surprising that no one is offering any explanation for why the Buffalo Bills’ Pro Bowl left tackle, Jason Peters, hasn’t attended OTAs.

no, it means that he's not there for voluntary OTAs....

if he doesn't show up to camp, I care... but for now I could give a crap if he uses it as a bargaining chip, he doesn't need the reps anyway.
