Hello peoples,

Just a quick note to let you know that things are going fine. I will be here in Kuwait probably permanently providing support for the forward support teams that are spread out all over Kuwait and Iraq. They are keeping me incredibly busy with a bunch of extra taskings (which for me is a good thing).

In addition to my regular job on the SAMS system, I also manage the fleet of TMP (civilian type) vehicles for the Battalion Command section, I am the Battalion ...

Well, after 2 weeks on the ground here, things have not let up yet. We are still working at finalizing the trade off of the last unit's responsibilities, so it has been quite hectic. Right now I'm as busy as a one legged man in an ass kicking contest, and it looks like I will be busy as hell for at least the next 2 weeks until it will slow down. I have been working from 5 AM till about 8 PM every day, which does not leave me much time to think, let alone sleep.

Hopefully I'll have ...

I have landed finally in Kuwait and I am at Camp Arifjan, which is near the coast. I have yet to find out if I will be staying here, or if I will be moving to support other units. As of now, I have heard that I will be staying in place, but things in the military change more then New England weather.

BONUS: I did get to see the last Red Sox game (the 9th inning) since it played on ESPN... I saw it while eating breakfast, at 6 AM local time (we are 7 hours ahead of eastern time).
