I'm not a big Howson fan, but the Blue Jackets GM (yes, this is a hockey post) needs to get the best return he can for his best asset. A move him to move him deal isn't what this franchise needs, and would set it back a ways.

I have been fairly silent on the Chris Cook arrest. It's such a hard topic to discuss because sports exists in a bubble to me and many others. I personally have no interest in the private lives of athletes, and am annoyed with the barrage of "distractions" athletes go through involving off-field relationships and incidents. But this is one of those times that the accusation is so heinous, and the evidence so particularly damning.
