It was clear that Kansas State coach Ron Prince was seething along the sidelines late in his team's 38-29 loss to Louisville last week. But that reaction still can't explain his coaching decision when his team finally got back to Manhattan during the early hours the following morning.
Several Kansas newspapers have described how Prince made his defensive players run a series of 38 50-yard sprints -- one for each point the Cardinals scored in the game the previous night -- as soon as they arrived home at 3 a.m.
