Alright, today had to be one of the worst showings by the Big 10 in awhile.

Ohio State is taken behind the woodshed by USC
Michigan loses to mediocre at best Notre Dame
Purdue loses to Oregon
Iowa struggles with ISU
Minnesota struggles with Montana St
Illinois squeaks past UL Lafayette

It will help a little if Wisconsin can beat Fresno St.

Penn State looks like the toughest team in the conference.

Purdue came so close to beating Oregon too.

Don't feel bad; the Pac-10 looked miserable against every conference not named the Big-10 today with a loss to an ACC team and 3 Mountain West teams or something.

What? I said struggled. When you are outgained by a D1-AA team and give up 23 points to them, you belong on the list. They're not exactly Applachian State.

Just how is it that a 12 point win over a mediocre FCS school means they should be off the list?

Isn't Minnesota a D1-AA team too? I think that's what he meant.

That depends on two things.....
1-Do you listen to the Thursday night show which is the only one I do now?
and
2-What do you mean by finally?

I have asserted in here before that they don't live up to the great hype heaped upon them. I called for a 14 pt. USC win (I wanted to make it 17) and questioned Tressel's ability to get his team up every week.

When I first got here, I took OSU and Michigan both to task for failing on a national stage and it devolved into, "Oh yeah, well Iowa lost to Indiana."

That's why they play the game though.
