1. Rutgers: Yes, I'm keeping the Scarlet Knights at the top despite how poorly the team has played, especially quarterback Mike Teel. Even with Teel's struggles, Rutgers has three of the conference's top 10 pass catchers in Kenny Britt (third), Tiquan Underwood and tight end Kevin Brock (both tied for ninth). I still think Britt and Underwood are the best duo in the league.

Britt and Underwood have deeply disappointed me this season. True, Mike Teel's play has been atrocious this season...but both have dropped their fair share of passes. Britt's let a few beautiful TD passes slip right through his fingertips.
