What's there to watch out for in the Big East spring practices this year?
Can Louisville rebound? Will WVU continue to roll? -RD

I'm quite interested in the Big East this year. I don't think there's a cellar dwellar to be found, and last could easily beat first.
I do want to see USF build on last season, that saw them ranked 2nd in the nation at one point. I also want to see Cincy and UConn continue their rise. I do think Louisville will get it turned around. Maybe not to top of the conference, but that defense just can't be any worse next year.

The big question in Cincinnati is who's at QB. Demetrius Jones, the transfer from ND, looks to be the favorite, and he could flourish in Brian Kelly's system. Their top receivers are back as well. There will be some holes on defense, but I'm not sure how good the depth is. Things look good for the Bearcats.

I think everyone knows that USF was never the 2nd best team in the country last year, but still, they had the ranking at one point. This year, they lose some very good talent to the draft, especially in the secondary, but the offense should get better, and they still have Selvie, who, if he came out this year, is likely a top 10 pick. The Bulls did crumble at the end of last year, and my interest is in seeing how they rebound next year.

Leavitt's been building one heck of a program down there in the time he's done it in.
Shame South Florida couldn't parlay that season into anything more than a 46th ranked recruiting class. The headliners were two four start defensive prospects, both JC transfers. -RD
