Who will be the first player drafted from a Non-BCS Conference?

Which player in the 2006 Draft who played for a school that is not a part of the BCS (Big 10, Pac 10, ACC, SEC, Big 12 and Big East) will be the second such player drafted? (Assuming that DeAngelo Williams of Memphis is the first non-BCS player selected).

The candidates:

CB Richard Marshall - Fresno State

LB Thomas Howard - U.T.E.P

CB/S Danieal Manning - Abeline Christian
