That's the only reason he's still in the NFL... so I would assume yes.

StevenSD, seeing as you know about Neal, what can you tell me about his pass blocking? Can he catch the ball out of the backfield? What about running it himself?

Lo Neal and blocking are like a match made in heaven, doesn't matter what kind of blocking. His running, he won't beat anyone with his speed, at all, but he does still have some power to break tackles. The catch the ball out of the backfield....that was his issue in San Diego. He can catch, but, he rarely can turn it up field to turn it into extra yardage...

and the one thing that I love about Lorzeno, granted it's not exactly football smart, he wants to collide with a person, if he has the ball and his option is to either run out of bounds, or run over someone, he'll choose to run that person over every time.

Well there is absolutly no excuse for willis to not have a good year. Lo' is the best lead blocker a RB could as for in the league.
