ATL Mike Smith so far

How well is Mike Smith working out for the Falcons so far? Can't argue with the 3-2 record.

biggest difference I see in this team is energy, enthusiasm, and fight.

they didn't have any of those things last year.

I agree they are actually playing hard and it shows. I think getting rid of hall as talented as he is was a good thing. I love his talent but it seems obvious that he can not work on a young or struggling team. He seems to be one of those players that either needs everything to be going well for him to be happy, or to be on a team where there are players more talented than him that will be vocal with him and get in his face (a la Ray Lewis).

I'm impressed with how the Defense is playing. I'm impressed with the running game. I'm impressed with the play of Ryan but more so the handleing of Ryan. Making sure the game isn't in his hands.

Do early to say this is all Smith and too early to say he's a good coach but he's doing a good job so far from what I can tell.

true all around. everyone keeps talking about Ryan and Turner but the Defense has played well. the O-line has played well. Roddy White has really broken out .............

the whole team is playing well.
