"It may be time to move on," Cromartie said. "I have complained to the coaches about certain stuff, about the way we play, and they know that. But if it's time to part ways and that's in the Lord's will, then that's what's got to happen. But I would love to continue to finish out either my contract or my career in San Diego."

They can trade him to Dallas for Choice or Barber if they add a pick to the deal.

NO they can't Champ...I like thinking outside the box and all, and I'm definately of the "You can't have enough good Corners" crowd...but why trade a very usable, and needed peice of the team, as Choice and Barber both are, for a guy that'll be the 4th best CB, and is probably going to get cut anyways.

If they took Barber, which won't happen, and gave up a 4th or higher pick, I'd think about it...but I'm not trading Choice. Felix Jones might the future RB star for the Cowboys, but Choice is the best all around back we have, and a good guy to go into a game having to ride if the other 2 guys are hurt(like against the Steelers in 08')

SF would be the likely trading party but unless you want Ahmad Brooks I can't see then giving up a whole lot.

Cromartie should pay his increasing sums of $25,000 for his child support (to more than one of his NINE kids) before worrying about anything else.

He's a headache, any team can have him I just can't wait for AJ to cut him. He had one good year, and chose to never work off of that, such a sad display of talent.

Of course, he could turn it around and be a good player for a team after leaving SD, much like Olshansky did, lol.

I'm biased, I'm a Nole fan and want a decent Nole on the Cowboys. The pick would have to be 3rd round or either 2nd round.

lol Igor was upset because he KNEW SD wasn't going to re-sign him. He was a hell of a player for us before he decided to quit on the team.

You guys can have Cromartie if you really want him lol, if you thought Roy Williams got burned badly just wait and see hahaha

Cromartie would be a dime back in Dallas so he wouldn't be counted on much. It's just me being greedy, I wouldn't give up much for him. Truth be told, he should have came back to FSU, but with his baby making problem, I see why he left. He should have never been a first round pick, because he was really raw coming out school.

I'll be the first to say that I'm not buying the Niners using a first on a RB like Spiller. BUT, if they are really thinking about doing it, I could see a Coffee for Cromartie trade. The Niners, if they are looking to upgrade their backup RB spot, must not be sold on Coffee, so why not move him for a guy who could be a starter in their secondary?

Well like it says in the article, the chargers might just cut Cromartie so SF might be able to get him without giving up a player
