Premeditated Ocho gets fined (http://www.bengals.com/news/article-1/Premeditated-Ocho-gets-fined/53efb85e-9397-4a38-a134-52a32b736923)

I'm not a fan of a lot of things Chad does anymore but I thought you couldn't use a prop for an end zone celebration? Does that include away from the playing field by the benches too? I thought it was okay as long as it wasn't on the playing field or end zones. Was I mistaken?

FTR, I didn't see it (or the dollar bribe).

The NFL has a rule prohibiting unnecessary or distracting (or w/e) objects on the sideline. It goes without saying, a sombrero is one of them.

But seriously, the NFL needs to cool it. $30,000 is absurd.

The said they fined him because it was a distraction and premeditated, but I'm pretty sure he's done things on the sideline before that were both of those two things without being fined. I guess he didn't post about the others on Twitter before.

I don't think Chad really cares about being fined anyway.

I have read that he said that he had some charities that he wanted to give money to anyway so he decided to have some fun while doing so...
