If Vanderbilt can muster some offense, this could be a game.

Our D is looking a lot better. Shepard looks good if he can hold on to the damn ball...

Lucky break there. Not very impressive offensively. We need to start a lot faster if we want to have a chance in bigger games.

Wow...Our line played horrendously tonight...

I'd have been concerned after last week against Washington. Vanderbilt's no push over, but looking at the boxscore, it looks like LSU isn't as top notch as they were billed to be by the rankings.

I thought both Bama and Ole' Miss were ranked above them...so I don't know if they were as top nothched as you think Wolverine, lol.

I still think they have the best chance to be a surprise team to win the West.

I wasn't worried about us after the Washington game because after rewatching it on SECdigitalnetwork.com, I saw that we were calling a very, VERY vanilla offense.

This week our defense showed vast improvement and, although we seemed to mix it up on offense, repetitive screens and short passes plagued our playcalling, and I believe ultimately killed our productivity.

On top of that, I am seriously worried about whether or not Jordan Jefferson can throw the deep ball accurately. Also, we will be absolutely abysmal if our lines don't improve quickly.

With the lines playing like they are now, we don't have a guaranteed win on our schedule.

And by the way Wolv, congrats on the victory against ND!
