With Derrick Ward now departed for Tampa Bay, how will Ahmad Bradshaw adjust to being the primary backup for Brandon Jacobs?

Second question: if Jacobs goes down, will Bradshaw be able to handle the load?

Heck yeah he will. Bradshaw is a very good runner. He can take it to the house if he gets the right amount of space, and he's hard to bring down for a smaller guy.

I fear him more than I do Jacobs. He should easily match Ward's production.

He was the odd man out last year and he has a chip on his shoulder because of it. I can't wait to see him get touches this year.

He definitely looked good last night against the Panthers' backups. Ran hard, found the holes where there were holes, explosive.

Could be a big season if he can stay healthy.
