Isn't he wearing a tracking anklet? They should hook that sucker up to the GPS satellites and stream it live to a website called Vickwatch.com so we can track his movements in realtime.

I bet you could workout that deal here on PSH and you could have exclusive rights to the technology. Vicks bankrupt right? I bet the sponsorship wouldn't cost you much more than a handshake.
