I hope that Cook is an upgrade to Ghicciuc. I did get a kick out of what The Ocho said...see below...
After Ghiaciuc told the Chiefs’ Web site that he thought the wide receiver was a disruption in the locker room, Ochocinco rebutted: “Tell Ghiaciuc his play was a distraction.”
While this team looks to have made improvements I have trouble getting too excited because we have been let down so many times before. Sometimes it's hard to know if the positive spin stories are real or if they are propoganda with the same old results.

"Can the Bengals find a NFL caliber center before opening day?"
Thats the single most important question to be answered in this years summer camp. While there are many things that have occured since the 2005 season, the more knowledgable about the Bengals know it fell apart with Richie Brahams career ending injury. The offensive line has been leaderless every since, and THAT is what led to Palmer missing most of the last season, in my opinion.
I'm not concerned about the tackles, or guards to be honest. With or without Smith, our unsigned first round pick. Collins proved to me last year he can play NFL caliber football at that position if necessary. I'd rather have him there than Whitworth to be honest, he's lighter on his feet, which means he can better handle the speed rushers the Bengals will face throughout the season. Whitworth, as we've seen a couple of times, to date has had a very bad time dealing with the smaller speed rushers.
