PULLMAN, Wash.—Six weeks into the summer, the Washington State football team was sacked with its second and third arrests of the season: Tyree J. Toomer and LeAndre L. Daniels.
In an alleged attempt to steal four bicycles from a storage area, Toomer, a sophomore, and Daniels, a redshirt freshman, were spotted by witnesses around 2:45 p.m. June 9 below Regents Residence Hall, said Lt. Steve Hansen of the WSU Police Department.
