ST. LOUIS -- St. Louis Blues (http://sports.espn.go.com/nhl/clubhouse?team=stl) owner Dave Checketts is heading a group seeking to buy the NFL's Rams (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/clubhouse?team=stl) and keep the team in St. Louis.

On Monday, the Rams announced that the family of former owner Georgia Frontiere has hired the investment firm of Goldman Sachs to review the assets of her estate, including the NFL team. I hope he pushes hard to get the team. would like to see a owner try and keep a team there instead of trying to move it when he gets it. Like what the owner of the Sonics/Thunder did in the NBA.

Agreed. Right now it looks like if any NFL team leaves their city LA will most likely be the place they will go, and I don't want to see LA with a football team in the NFL.

Not that I really care what happens with the Rams, but I'd rather them just stay in St. Louis.

Would be better to keep the team in St. Louis cause the history with winning a superbowl. what also interests me is he has a long history with Utah. He was a GM with the Jazz. He has a MLS team in Real Salt Lake. Utah has had a few talks with the NFL about getting a team. I would like to see if a NFL team could make it in Utah just like the Jazz have for the NBA

Yea keep the Rams in STL! I love visiting my friends in STL on Packers away games and getting dirt cheap tickets to the EJ Dome! Last year we got 10 tickets for $10!!!
