Wow good to see Quizz at #4, Best at #1 is interesting too. Hunter was horrible vs. ORegon, hope he's better than that to deserve that #3 ranking. Blount at #5 is a joke.
#21 nic Grigsby and his partner antolin are solid but both tiny.

I'm surprised to see Brown that high. I'm worried that the loss of lineman will really hurt our offense next year. I just hope the opposite line dominates enough to make up for it.

When did Best start tearing it up to get ranked that high? NOt that I'm surprised because I remember watching Best as a Freshman and he was freaking awsome I just didn't remember him tearing it up last season. Nice to see Best getting some love and some hype though. He's really talented.
Nice to see Hunter up there as well. I think Hunter is going to tear it up this season.

He had 300 yards against UW at the end of the year.
Problem with best is he gets two 50 yard carries a game and nothing up the gut to end up with his 120 yards or so per game. That makes it hard to win games when you cant control the game

300 yard game? Wow! I would have liked to have seen that. I'll have to look up some Youtube highlights of that.
Man that is a damn shame that Texas doesn't even have a RB worthy of top 25 ranking. Not that I disagree with that, but for a program that has a long tradition of some of the greatest RB's to ever play in college, we should have a guy right now. I'm not even sure if we recruited a bad ass for next season either.
And man o man, have things changed since last season. Joe Mcnight isn't even ranked in the top 25. Hell he was the #1 recruited RB two years ago, and was supposed to be the second coming of Reggie Bush.

Hunter is a beast. He's got a little Barry Sanders in him IMO. I think his ranking is deserved.

I dont think McKnight will ever be as good as Bush, but I think he's going to have a very productive year this year. He averaged a very good 7.4 ypc last season, but he was always nicked up, so his opportunities were few and far between. Plus he put the ball on the ground quite a few times. I think this year's Trojan offense will utilize the backs in the passing game more than in the past, so you'll see more Mcknight i think. He's still not going to put up huge numbers though with the Trojans using their deep RB rotation

I agree with what you say about Hunter he terifies me. I'm ok with a good Qb i'm not worried about an amazing WR either. Add a RB like Hunter to that mix and I'm worried because you all of the sudden you can't focus on stopping that WR and QB. Last year we held him to 81 and Bryant catches two TDs and they score 41. TX holds Bryant to 74 and Hunter goes for 161.

I wasn't trying to bash him or anything. I think Mcnight is an amazing play maker and I love watching him in the open field. I was just surprised. I too, think he'll rebound and have a huge year if he gets the right opportunities. USC just has so many RB's it seems like it's hard for anyone of them to really stand out.
