Seahawks agreed to terms with LB LeRoy Hill on a six-year, $38 million deal.
The deal includes $15.5 million in guarantees. The Seahawks gambled when they lifted the franchise tag after drafting Aaron Curry, but the tactical maneuver succeeded in getting Hill to sign a deal similar to the one he previously rejected. The Seattle Seahawks and linebacker Leroy Hill have agreed to terms to a multi-year deal, the team announced this afternoon.
Hill, Seattle’s second of two third round picks (98th overall) in the 2005 NFL Draft, has started 50 of 56 career games, totaling 321 tackles (237 solo), 13.5 sacks, seven forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries in his career.

that is a solid deal for him. Seattle to me now has one of the best young LB cores in the NFL. Curry, Tatupu, Hill. talented and fast.
