ST. LOUIS (AP)—The St. Louis Rams signed Kyle Boller on Saturday to be the backup to starting quarterback Marc Bulger.

The 27-year-old Boller spent all of last season, his sixth with the Baltimore Ravens, on injured reserve with a shoulder injury sustained in the preseason.

He was Baltimore’s first-round pick in the 2003 draft.

good depth signing. he could win a few games for them if they need him to step in.

The Rams new starting Center doesnt think Boller can win the game. Remember when he signed with them he did call Boller gun shy & didnt say the best of things about him.

Boller is a decent enough QB, but he isn't the kind of QB who will make plays to win games. But he's also not the QB that's going to make the plays that Lose a game the team had already won.

The Rams aren't a team that can win without the QB's assistance.
