I'm okay with all the off season moves they made.

What I do see happening is Andre Smith not being in camp til well after the season begins. Its becoming more and more clear with each passing week he's very immature and hasn't the 'head' for the pro level as a business.

When you come across anyone, in any profession, that constantly makes juvenile decisions as Andre Smith has these past six months...if you are smart you don't hire them into your organization.

My gut tells me Andre Smith is much closer to making the top ten all time draft BUSTS than he is to being an All Pro offensive lineman in the NFL.

We'll see.....

Andre Smiths maturity has been questioned since the combine for good reason. This is why I was hoping for Eugene Monroe. The choice was a key pick for the Bengals as a lot rides on the sucess or weakness of the line.

Smith needs to get the right agent, get signed and get into camp. He needs to work hard to stay in shape and learn the NFL system. It can be a pretty easily defined road to sucess or failure for him. Do what I said and he should do ok or mess around and show up late and he'll belly flop.
