Great preview fellas. I picked Ryan Clark to break out on defense this year. For one, he will be in a similar situation as he was in Washington- playing next to Troy Polamalu is very much like playing next to Sean Taylor. The Steelers should be using him exclusively, unlike Gregg Williams, who rotates everyone except his linebackers and corners.
I agree that Holmes will not have much of an impact. He is also refusing to return Roethlisberger's phone calls to get together, which is a no-no. I am sure that Willie Reid will outshine Holmes this season as a rookie, and with his work ethic and being a typical blue-collar Steeler, could be a better receiver than Holmes for the franchise.

That part would have been mentioned too had the article not been written before that news had come out. It really didn't change the stance on the situation though. He still seems to have character issues, and I doubt that ignoring his quarterback is going to help him get into a starting position.
