Arizona Cardinals
1(10) Matt Leinart, QB
2(41) Taitusi Latui, G
3(72) Leonard Pope, TE
Picked up their QB of the future in an absolute steal to the tune of Ben Roethsliberger of 2 years ago. I love the pick and glad they got their future in line. They got a legit pass catcher at the tight end spot in Leonard Pope which has great value in the third round. Lutui is just one of many pieces they need to help solidfy their offensive line. He will be a big body inside for Denny Green.
Day 2: They need to keep addressing the offensive line. There are still some good tackles and guards left for early in the 4th round. They also could use some depth in defensive end and cornerback.

Atlanta Falcons
2(37) Jimmy Williams, CB
3(79) Jerious Norwood, RB
Norwood is a bit of a puzzling pick. It just doesn't make much sense. But with a team with very little needs I guess it was one of those favorite picks and with someone like Calhoun off the board who they had intrest in, I guess it makes a little sense at least to them. Jimmy Williams has some character issues, reason he dropped as far as he did. Atlanta must suffer from the same type of syndrome the Bills do for OSU DBs. Atlanta likes their V-Tech DBs.
Day 2: They traded their first round pick for a need in Abraham. And like I said they don't have many other pressing needs. But Ed Hartwell got hurt last year putting their LB Core into tailspin. They need some depth at LB and a future Safety to sit behind Lawyer Milloy. Maybe get another WR in there.

Great article Wolv. I completely agree with what you said about Denver, 100 percent. Oh and you were right about our pass rusher!

I was surprised with the Fasano pick too, but Jerry Jones said we're moving to a 2 TE offense and Fasano was picked to start.

I was surprised with the Fasano pick too, but Jerry Jones said we're moving to a 2 TE offense and Fasano was picked to start.

I recently read that myself. Todd McShay said that Fasano reminds Parcells of some old TE he had.

And he also took Carpenter because he coached his dad.

So yeah I am seeing the reasoning for the TE pick now. Fasano is a good blocker and Witten is the pass catcher
