I see 5 teams playing better in the remaining portion of the season.
NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS--http://www.pigskinheaven.com/gallery/files/3/9/1/NE_894_thumb.gif (http://www.pigskinheaven.com/gallery/showimage.php?i=657&c=20)
Getting Bruschi back is going to be a big help in the middle of that defense. Their inability to stop the run up the gut had hurt this team.
They have now had a couple of months to get used to life without Weis and Crennel and make the necessary adjustments.
And, finally, someone is going to have to take control of the AFC East and fortunately for the Patriots, no one else is capable.

Yeah, Yeah, I know, ........ "they can't play much worse"
This team is not as bad as it has looked. Their running back is a budding star in this league. Their QB has talent, when he's not on his back, and they have some decent WR's.
Their problem ? Obviously the O-line and a weak defense.
However, I feel this team should start winning a few games here and there and could potentially win half of their remaining games.
Will it be enough to save Caper's job ? Probably not.

This might be the best 3-4 team I've ever witnessed. They've lost a lot of close games and their schedule has been brutal (and doesn't get much easier).
However, there is a lot of talent on this team and they have NOT quit. They are still playing hard.
I can see them making a push towards a playoff berth but coming up just short.
SEATTLE SEAHAWKS-- http://www.pigskinheaven.com/gallery/files/7/seahawksWORD_65350_thumb.gif (http://www.pigskinheaven.com/gallery/showimage.php?i=837&c=44)
This team is putting it all together at just the right time.
Their offense has been putting up gaudy stats all year but now their Defense appears to be clicking.
With all of the new faces on the defensive side of the ball for them, it should not have been surprising that it took a couple of months for them to really start rolling.
At this point, I don't see much to slow them down.

This team will not make the playoffs (Again) this year but look for a strong second half of the season from them.
Their D is playing better than expected and they have a young, growing WR corps that anyone in the league would trade for at this point. They are only going to get better.
The one thing that is going to hold them back from greatness in the forseeable future is the O-line. It is among the bottom 5 in the league and needs some serious revamping in the offseason.
