Matthews is a collegiate defensive end who could move to outside linebacker in a 3-4 alignment with his size and quickness. Isn't great against the run from his current position, but should benefit from playing from a two point stance. Racked up 7 sacks as a junior, but only 4.5 as a senior. Could be a starter in the right system.
