Devine is a bit of a mystery at the next level. His predecessor at West Virginia, the slightly larger Steve Slaton, has had some NFL success. In the right offense, in the right role, he's a threat to score out of the backfield as a third down back or matchup problem causing receiver. I feel fairly confident in the fact that he will more than likely not be a featured back in the NFL, however, which seems to limit him to being at best a late second to early third round selection.
