Sharrif Floyd is a talented defensive tackle and a true junior who should go back to school for one more season. He has the ideal size and quickness to play at the 3-technique position in the NFL, but he needs to do a much better job with technique and being strong at the point of attack. He does draw a lot of double teams, and he can make plays in the backfield, but it's a matter of doing it more consistently and with a bit more strength.

Floyd has it all, complete player at his positio. He has a quick twitch for a big man, good athlete, and plays with aggression. Can play NT in a 3-4 but will be a stud at DT in a 4-3.
