Alabama's Eddie Lacy is a powerful inside runner with enough speed to break runs to the outside. He's great at finding the hole on the interior runs and powering through the second level, but I don't believe he has breakaway speed at the NFL level. He runs with a very upright style, which will expose him to more hits at the NFL level than he's taken in college (he does a nice job of avoiding direct hits now, but NFL linebackers will make him pay). Overall, he's one of the better backs potentially available in 2013, but that isn't saying much.
