Williams is a big fast receiver who's good on a go route. His route running will need some refinement at the next level, but his hands are fantastic, and his body control around the boundaries is elite. Williams could climb into the first round mix with a good combine and offseason.

Williams has the proto-typical size for an NFL WR (6'2'' 205). Also displays break away speed when he catches the ball in stride. What keeps Williams from being an elite or 1st round prospect to me is, he seems a little stiff above the waist. Not good for route running, beating man press. His size and natural abilities will have to be counted on more than his technique.
