Reid is a two-year starter for the Tigers with great size for the position. He's a very physical player, and he can deliver big hits over the middle of the field. On the down side, his tackling form is awful, and he almost always goes for the big hit rather than the sure tackle. In today's NFL with the emphasis on concussions, this is a huge negative, as he's going to cause them with the way he's playing right now, whether it's himself or an opposing player. He does a lot of good things on the football field, but he needs to clean up a lot of technical details to be an effective NFL player in the long-term.

Think Ryan Clark with better ball skills. Reid is a smart S who has started a lot of games in his career at LSU. Sometimes he can play undisciplined but that is part of being a playmker at that position.
