Price is an undersized quarterback playing in a pro-style offense for the Huskies. After having success as a sophomore replacing Jake Locker, Price took a step back in 2012, in part due to an inexperienced and poor offensive line. Due to this and his size, I have long-term injury concerns about the guy, especially given that he's taken over 60 sacks in two years plus many more shots. While throwing the ball, Price tends to force a lot of balls while under pressure and doesn't make great decisions. His pocket presence is lacking, although that could be in large part due to the fact that most of the time, he doesn't have one. His mechanics tend to fall apart, and he needs to do a better job of getting a more consistent, quicker release to help take some pressure off his line. Despite all these flaws, Price gets high marks for his leadership and toughness, and he doesn't seem to complain much about the lack of time he gets in the pocket. Overall, Price has the potential to be an NFL backup, assuming he survives his senior season.

Price threw for 438 yards and 4 touchdowns against Baylor in the Alamo Bowl. The Washington sophomore will be one to watch as he continues to progress under the tutelage of Steve Sarkisian in 2012.
