Manuel is a big quarterback with wheels to burn. I like his ability to escape the pocket and make throws on the run, and I like that he has progressed to a point where throwing the ball is his first option and running is second. As far as throwing the ball, he has the arm to throw to all three levels accurately, he just needs to continue to refine his mechanics and improve his consistency in delivering the ball accurately on every throw. I see a few hitches in his delivery occasionally when he's not sure on a decision, and he has a tendency to throw some of the deep balls off his back foot causing them to sail. When he drives with proper footwork, he's accurate and can hit any throw, when he's not, he tends to miss. Overall, Manuel is a quarterback some team is going to fall in love with and think they can fix. I predict he's picked a lot higher than where I have him graded.
