Peterson has a great mix of size, speed, and athleticism that could make him a potential lockdown corner at the NFL level. He's smooth in his backpedal, and has the ability to break on the ball in the air and knock it down or pick it off. He can be beaten by bigger receivers with back shoulder throws, such as what happened with Texas A&M's Jeff Fuller in the Cotton Bowl, but those are rare cases. He also has great skills as a kick and punt returner. He's a potential top ten pick that could keep a team very happy for a decade at the corner position.
