Oh Rudi, Rudi, Wherefore art thou Rudi? Probably hiding in fear somewhere in a snowbank in Michigan. That, or you’re afraid of the #13 and are scared to pick the Week 13 games. I’d fear me too, what with my 18 game lead and such, as we bid a fond farewell to No-Win-November and enter Droid-Domination December. Hopefully you see this before the games start so we can compete this week. My analysis will be very brief, if at all, as I am going to the Packers/Giants game today and need to prepare for my tailgate. I’m hoping the Packers win so convincingly that MetLife Stadium turns into Lambeau Field east. #OccupyMetLifeStadium
Tennessee Titans @ Buffalo Bills (-2)
Whit – Titans smell blood in their division. They cover.
Kansas City Chiefs @ Chicago Bears (-7)
Whit – Caleb Hanie doesn’t need to be at his best here, the defense has his back. A far cry from Cutler vs. Cassel for sure. Bears cover.
Oakland Raiders @ Miami Dolphins (-3.5)
Whit – Dolphins always give the Raiders fits, but Carson Palmer’s cruising now. Raiders cover.
Cincinnati Bengals @ Pittsburgh Steelers (-6.5)
Whit – The young Bengals are about to learn just how unpleasant Heinz Field in December can be. Steelers cover.
Baltimore Ravens (-7) @ Cleveland Browns
Whit – The Ravens are untrustworthy on the road, and in a division game, this is a far cry from a sure thing. Browns barely cover.
NY Jets (-3) @ Washington Redskins
Whit – A must-win game for the Jets. Redskins have been playing better lately, but don’t have an answer for the Jets defense.
Atlanta Falcons (-1.5) @ Houston Texans
Whit – The T.J. Yates era gets underway in Houston. The Falcons look to crash his coming out party, and will cover comfortably.
Indianapolis @ New England (-20.5)
Whit – Biggest spread of the year. Rightfully so. Was hoping for another chapter in Brady v. Manning, instead we get Brady v. Orlovsky. Thank God for flex scheduling. Patriots cover.
Carolina Panthers @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers (-2)
Whit – Buccaneers have taken a step in the wrong direction this season. Panthers take a step in the right direction and cover in hostile territory.
Denver Broncos (-1) @ Minnesota Vikings
Whit – Rudi << Tebow << Prowdy. Broncos cover.
St. Louis Rams @ San Francisco 49ers (-13.5)
Whit – Terrible matchup for the Rams. Bradford a game-time-decision for the Rams, who are horrible against the run, where the 49ers are far and away the best against the run. 49ers cover comfortably.
Dallas Cowboys (-4.5) @ Arizona Cardinals
Whit – The big toaster hasn’t been kind to the Cowboys as of late, but they’re the better team for sure. Does Kolb returning make the Cardinals better? Doubt it. Cowboys cover.
Green Bay Packers (-6) @ NY Giants
Whit - #OccupyMetLifeStadium!!!! Packers cover
Detroit Lions @ New Orleans Saints (-9)
Whit – No Suh + Saints at home = Saints cover + LOCK IT UP!!!
San Diego Chargers @ Jacksonville Jaguars
Whit – How did the Jaguars get two Monday Night home games? Why can’t we flex Monday night games yet? I call shenanigans. Chargers cover.
