    1. Kansas City Chiefs: Luke Joeckel, OT Texas A&M
The general consensus has the Chiefs narrowing their search to offensive tackles Luke Joeckel of Texas A&M and Central Michigan's Eric Fisher, with some talk of OLB Dion Jordan sprinkled in. With a surprisingly talented roster for a 2-14 team, it makes a great deal of sense that new head-coach Andy Reid would like to shore up what was largely the cause of his downfall in Philadelphia, the offensive line. The decision will ultimately come down to who Kansas City believes is a better fit, as there does not seem to be general agreement regarding who is the superior left-tackle. On Joeckel's side is his track-record against superior talent and he may be more advanced in pass-protection, which is always key in the pass-happy Andy Reid offense.

    2. Jacksonville Jaguars: Dion Jordan, OLB Oregon
Many mocks have Geno Smith coming off the board at this spot. With rosters that are several years away from ...

Much of the focus with Florida at the safety position has been on Matt Elam and he is certainly an intriguing prospect, but his backfield teammate Josh Evans is getting a lot of late buzz in the process and is a quality prospect in his own right. Evans has not really set himself apart in terms of his technique on the field and most of his impact plays are coming up and attacking the run, but he is a guy who never quits and hustles nonstop. A lot of the plays Evans has made in his career, especially ...

Thanks to teams like the Atlanta Falcons, New York Giants, and Green Bay Packers, teams and fans are clamoring to add more talent to their wide receiver position to create more mismatches, have more big plays, and ultimately score more points. Playmaking receivers are coming in all shapes and sizes from a thoroughbred like Julio Jones to a joker type talent like Percy Harvin and everything in between. More and more teams seem to want to have two Pro Bowl level receivers and three or even four starting caliber receivers to attack all areas of the field. And since these trends have been heavily influenced by the college level, there are a ton of talented prospects to pick from, especially this year that should have excellent ...

Another in the pile of unheralded prospects coming from the Big East who is starting to draw more notice as the draft approaches is Connecticut defensive end Trevardo Williams. Perhaps dismissed because of his less than ideal size, Williams has been incredibly productive under the tutelage of Coach Paul Pasqualoni and his staff, piling up 24 sacks, 28.5 tackles for loss, and three forced fumbles. Pasqualoni’s staff deserves credit for not only found a way to make Williams so productive, but also for doing ...

Georgia’s defense was loaded with talented prospect, but one of the most physically gifted prospects is Sanders Commings, their talented corner. Corners will happily tell anyone who will listen they are the best athletes on the field and Commings is a terrific example to help that argument. His combination of size and speed will make him an attractive prospect for teams in the upcoming draft, but while his 51 games of experience for the Bulldogs show some impressive skill, they also show a guy who is not consistent and there ...
